We visit the jobsite to get the lay of the land. The topography and composition of the ground, as well as many other details, are important to understand in order for us to deliver the desired results. After a plan is made, we mobilize.
This is one of those things that looks worse in order to get better - we break up the surface to prepare it for the Hercbase injection, which is then mixed by a pulverizer.
The cemented soil is precisely compacted to exact engineering standards. A grader then blades the compacted earth, and a steel drum roller concludes the process, leaving everything flat and smooth.
